How pricing and appointments work

Every new patient starts with a 30 minute consultation at no charge. A nurse injector examines your skin, takes a medical history, and writes a treatment plan with exact pricing. Dr. Anita Rao, MD, our medical director, reviews and signs off on every plan before treatment.

Three policies worth knowing before you book:

  • Pricing is written before treatment. The number on your plan is the number on your receipt. If your plan changes mid-course, you get a revised quote in writing first.
  • Injectables include a touch-up window. Botox and Dysport patients can return between day 10 and day 14 for assessment and adjustment at no added cost.
  • Deposits are small and applied. Treatment appointments hold with a $50 deposit, applied to your balance. Cancel or move your appointment up to 24 hours out and the deposit carries over.

We treat adults 18 and over. Bring a list of current medications to your consultation; some treatments require a two-week buffer around blood thinners and certain antibiotics.
